DuCar International Tour Conditions and Information

PASSPORT
A valid passport is required and must be obtained in person by each tour member at a local passport office.
This usually requires a minimum of 120 days. Visa information, if required, will be forwarded to you.

AIR TRANSPORTATION
Jet economy class from departure city is based on a non-refundable fare.

LAND TRANSPORTATION
Land transportation and transfers are provided by deluxe motor coach.

ACCOMMODATIONS
Deluxe hotels throughout. Prices are based on 3 persons sharing a room with a private bath.
A double/single room is subject to availability and an additional charge to the price of the tour.
If a passenger cannot supply a roommate and DuCar International Tours is unable to do so, the
passenger will have to pay the supplemental charges. (You may also be billed after the payment
date for single accommodations as necessary.)

MEALS
Three meals per day. Beverages not included.

FOR YOUR PROTECTION
Acting only as a liaison for suppliers, the Tour Host(s) and DuCar International Tours are not
responsible for damage, loss or theft, of luggage or personal belongings or personal injury,
accident and/or illness.

INSURANCE
For you protection, it is important that you have adequate insurance to cover the above
mentioned possibilities. Trip cancellation and travel delay insurance is strongly recommended.

CHANGES
Tour conditions are subject to governmental ARC/IATA, and airline regulations in effect at the
date of/or during this tour. The airline and land rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to change.

RESPONSIBILITIES
By registering for this tour, I agree that the Tour Host(s) or DuCar International Tours is not
liable for any loss, injury or damage to me or my belongings or otherwise, in connection
with any accommodations, transportation or other services or resulting directly or indirectly from
any occurrences beyond their control, including breakdown of equipment, strikes, theft, delay
or cancellations of/or changes in itinerary or schedule, etc. Travel Documents, as well as compliance
with customs regulations, are the responsibility of the individual tourist.

REGISTRATION & DEPOSIT:
A deposit of $300 ($150.00 is nonrefundable) per person is required at the time of registration
and must be made in the form of a check made payable to DUCAR INTERNATIONAL TOURS.
Registrations received inside sixty (60) days of departure must be accompanied by full payment.

PAYMENTS:
After you have registered for a tour, you will receive an invoice with final payment and date due.
Final payments should be made in the form of a check and payable to DUCAR INTERNATIONAL TOURS
and must be received sixty (60) days prior to departure. NOTE: ALL reservations not fully paid by the sixty-day
deadline are subject to cancellation, for which the Tour Operator is not to be held responsible.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
If a passenger cancels his/her tour membership, there will be a cancellation fee of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150)
per person to cover the administrative and communication costs, plus any airline deposit that is non-refundable
(subject to the discretion of the individual airline). For cancellations 90-60 days before departure the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations 59-30 days before departure will be charged fifty percent (50%) of the tour cost plus any fees levied by the airlines.
There will be no refund for cancellations within 29 days of departure, no-shows or partially completed tours. All cancellations
must be made in writing and mailed via Certified Mail (NO cancellation will be accepted by phone) to
DuCar International Tours, PO Box 11965, Lynchburg VA 24506-1965. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.

NOTE
If because of war, an act of God or any reasonable/unavoidable catastrophic circumstance, the tour host(s) are forced
to cancel or reschedule the tour after funds are advanced to airlines, ground service agents or other such
vendors- the tour host(s) are only obligated to return moneys advanced by passengers in this DuCar International Tours
tour which the tour host(s) are successful in recovering from these vendors.
